Our Flavours
We make everything fresh from scratch. Our donuts, glazes and even any caramel or biscuit crumble toppings are made in house. All from the finest quality natural ingredients – from free range locally sourced eggs in our dough to the freshly chopped strawberries in a glaze. You won’t find any preservatives or other nasties, and all the flavour you can taste is 100% natural.
Vegan Donuts
Available in selected flavours, our vegan donut range is available via preorder only.
We serve up to 6 flavours from our roaming dessert trailer. Our Vanilla Bean glazed donut and cinnamon donuts are always available, with the other 4 changing time to time, so there’s always something new to try.

Any of the flavours below can be requested for large catering orders and private events within an hour of Ballarat.
Vanilla Bean
A timeless classic and an absolute favourite, a light glaze with vanilla bean seeds.

Strawberry Blast
A glaze packed with nothing but strawberries for a full flavour hit.

Spiced Pear Crumble
A pear glaze with a mix of spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg, topped with a biscuity crumble.

A glaze packed with fragrant spices and a hint of rosewater, topped with almond and pistachio

Caramel
A buttery caramel glaze topped with hand made caramel drizzle.
Banana Smoothie
Bananas, local honey and a dash of nutmeg

Coffee Walnut
Locally roasted Karon Farm Coffee infused into a glaze, topped with a toasted walnut crunch from local farm Wellwood Walnuts.

Locally sourced Grounded Pleasures Seven Spice Sri Lankan Chai blended into a glaze

Made using the ripest pineapples, freshly crushed and blended into a glaze.

Sticky sweet caramel glaze topped with anzac biscuit crumble
Choc Mint Cookie
Peppermint glaze, with a house made cookie crumbled on top, and a chocolate drizzle.
Cinnamon Mini Rings
Moreish mini donuts rolled in cinnamon sugar. Served plain, or topped with caramel or raspberry sauceĀ (7 to a serve).
Cinnamon Nugget
Dusted in cinnamon sugar, available topped with either vanilla or chocolate drizzle.
